Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is an athlete who competes. At 16, she started taking part in fitness competitions, after quitting gymnastics. Her Pro Card was only awarded one year later at the age of 17 years of age. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is sponsored by Ariel Khadr. She first began to participate in fitness shows after giving up her childhood career in gymnastics. In just one year she was able to earn her Pro Card at age 17. She was an IFBB Pro at the age of 17. She was also one of the youngest IFBB Pro ever. Ariel took six year off from stage life after obtaining her Pro Card to complete her university studies. The return to competitive competition in 2015 was an extension of her earlier efforts. In the past, she competed at elite events such as Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. The contest continued after the initial event for a number of years, setting bigger targets each year. She won another four fitness championships by the close of 2009. In 2009, she became named the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champ. She was also the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged just 17). Ariel had a long break following her professional card's issuance in order to earn her college degree. The first time she competed professionally with IFBB was in the Phoenix Europa Games in 2015. Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. She came in third at the event. She was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016, and then qualified for Fitness Olympia. In three months she was on stage at the Olympia and took 6th in her Fitness Division. Ariel admits she didn't have any expectations. Her satisfaction was high by her performance. Ariel competed against the best of elite athletes. Ariel is always improving each year. Ariel's most favorite part of her body to exercise includes her lower back. She usually does bent-over rows, single arm pull-downs (on the machine) or pull-ups as well as seated rowing. The warm-up phase is typically done first, followed by the actual training. Ariel uses her time efficiently. The routine she does for her back is comprised of 3 or more supersets, each consisting of 10-12 reps.
